[求助]Urgent techincal problem with Wharton's recommendation page

Hi guys I am applying in Round 2 and facing a relly time sensitive issue here.

I have entered my recommendation providers and the system should come out the question"Will this provider be submitting the letter of recommendation online" for me to choose. But this question can’t be found anywhere.
Thus the emails never send out and none of my recommenders received any emails from the system.

I tried the system like thousand times and wrote to Adcom but still wait for reply. My friends have the same problem with me. Anyone face the same situation here or know how to fix it?  Tks!

我是前段时间提交的recommender list, 好像没有你说的这个问题, 邮件都发给recommender了呢~我刚刚去试了下流程, 不过因为已经提交了,所以没有再能找到你说的submit online这个过程~
