those 指代the reasons吧，新东方讲过that 不能裸奔，其他的不知道了。。。呵呵

this，that，these，those通常不可单独指代，需要加上具体的名词。但是，当that，those用于比较结构中，为了避免重复可以单独出现，这种情况要和单独指代区分开来。
