这道题同上一题，都是问错误前提假设的。       原因：只要禁止使别人受伤的极限运动就好了   结论：规定无效                 这个错误前提假设很有跳跃思维啊。。。。说有些官员受伤是因为救人。。。   脑子要转弯几次的考题一般真题里不会出现吧
