那换个问法 大牛一般推 v.s. TOP20商院的full prof(比前面的年轻,没有前面的famous) 强推 哪个更有用?
There is always information asymmetry in the student recruiting process, your GPA, undergraduate and graduate school, research experience can somehow reduce this information asymmetry, but this information is not always credible. As a result, they want to have someone who they know give them some information about the students. If a big guy says the student is good, the information asymmetry is almost 0. But if a junior prof says the student is a genius, do you believe that? -- by 会员 kndx5 (2010/11/6 3:13:13)
