我觉得B不能undermine，因为这个restriction会导致捕猎的停止，在geese数量减少5%时，因此如果restriction撤去，则能够使得geese数量减少。。。不明白啊。。。。

B的意思应该是捕猎总是在计划日期到来之前就结束了，意思捕猎的量是没到5％。。那么即便dropping this restriction 也是没什么改善的吧

这题我是这么想的。
提干：其他vigorous birds下降－－－>野鹅的数量再上升。
然后有个restriction是限制打鹅的数量的。
conclusion:  dropping this restriction would allow the other species to recover.

this restriction是说捕到野鹅总数5％的时候就不能再补了。



那么 B 说，这个restriction已经让这个打猎的季节有很多年都早于预定的日期了。－－－－> 很多年来，这些野鹅的总数已经再不断的下降了，所以就反驳了，线索中说是因为野鹅数量上升而导致其他birds下降。

A－－－支持。说这个restriction在很多年前设立是为了保护野鹅下降的总数。所以有了这个retriction，野鹅的数量上升，跟提干连起来了。

C－－－说，那些hunter每年射到的5％的数量一直在涨，所以总数一定是在涨的。支持了
