有关财产证明冻结时间

请问我去签证的时候是这笔钱一定要冻结着吗？如果我现在存半年，那我明年5月去签证的话已经解冻了，有什么影响吗？是否要继续延长冻结时间？

之前一个学校给我的回复，我的问题跟你的6个月差不多，再问问银行吧，同纠结~~~~

You would be advised to submit the financial records for the last 6six months prior to when you send in your application materials. If you are applying for Fall 2011 and you send in your application materials in May of 2011, it would be the last six months from the date you send in your application package. Basically, we need the most recent statement from the time you apply.

我觉得学校是无所谓，只要你钱够就行了。签证貌似卡得更严。。。
