请教一道PREP上的原题，求详解 关于average and median

Last month 15 homes were sold in Town X.  The average (arithmetic mean) sale price of the homes was $150,000 and the median sale price was $130,000.  Which of the following statements must be true?    
1.at least one selling price more than 165000
2.at least one selling price between 130000 and 150000
3.at least one selling price less than 130000
 (A) I only (B) II only (C) III only (D) I and II (E) I and III
这道题大致是可以选出来的，但是我想不出合理的公式详解，求帮助解析下，谢谢拉

中位数和平均数搞的题目，主要还是考虑极端情况吧~
像在这道题里面，中位数也就是第8个数字是130000那么前7个数字小于等于130000后7个数字大于等于130000。如果要让平均数等于150000最大的数字的最小值是多少呢？想一下就知道最好的情况就是后7个数字都一样大，这样算下来后7个数字差不多是172000左右。如果当中有一个小于172000，那么第15个数字肯定要比172000更大。所以I是对的。
III肯定是错的，因为前7个数字可以都是130000。
如果130000不算是between 130000 and 150000的话那么II也是错的……
这样解释不知道行不行~
