lz好，我刚好收到来自ESSEC的邀请，下个周末在北京面谈。但是我对这个学校一点也不了解，网上看了一下，说是法国的前三，欧洲的top多少呢？（不好意思，没查到）

我现在正在准备申请美国的ms in Human Resource. 想问下lz，这个学校有相关的项目吗？还有，这个学校的特色是什么？

我GMAT720，T104，GPA 89，没有工作经验，只有实习经历，申这个学校的话把握大不大？

ESSEC is one of the top 3 business schools in France.  As for its ranking in Europe, I don't know either, but it doesn't matter to me, because the MBA in International Luxury Brand Management program is the No.1 in the world.
So I think it really depends on where you want to have your career in the future.  If you want to come to France, ESSEC is a great choice, 'cus it's very well known here.
Different program has its own application requirements.  You should consult the program's website.  ESSEC does have an advance master program in HR.  For more information, you can refer to the following link (choose Management des Resources Humaines):

It's possible that the program is taught in French.  lease note that I'm in the MBA Luxury Brand Management program, so I don't know much about other programs.

请问楼主ESSEC奢侈品管理的MBA的工作年限要求网上说的是最少3年，这三年指的是截止到申请日期还是到下一年的入学时间呢？

还有，班级里原先不是做本行业的同学多吗？如毕业之后跨行到奢侈品行业的机会大吗？

Technically it's better to have 3 years' work experience before you apply, our average work experience is 7 years.  But if you have a very good profile, I think it would be OK if you have 3 years by the time you start the program.
Most of us are not from the luxury industry.  That's why the program is a very important stepping stone for us to enter the field.  The luxury industry is a very closed world, but the program provides us access to this world.

According to the admission criteria, a university degree of at least a Bachelor’s or a Master’s level is needed. Exceptionally candidates who do not have a University degree but have a relevant working experience at a senior level could be considered.
Are you in Beijing or Shanghai?  If so, I suggest you go to the info. session, and check with Prof. Morisset.  If you can't go, you can send me your CV, and I can verify with Prof. Morisset for you.
