Dreadpower版主已解释的很清楚。该句的主体结构为：The expected financial return is approximately the same 。as后一大串都作same的定语，其中from和后面部分又当其前面the expected financial return 的定语，在from结构中，主结构为from the same（介词短语），as the expected financial(介词短语)又当same的定语。难理解的是financial是形容词，如果没错误的话，那是完全名词化的形容词。意思变为：在完全抛售策略下大学所拥有的股票的预期经济回报和预算经济回报大体相同。即将所持有的在X国有工厂或办公室的公司的股票全部抛售的经济收入，和原来预期的大体相同。

看了你的解释，偶这样理解：最后的那个the expected financial应该看成是一个经济名词，加上as，理解为作为...；不同于句首的The expected financial (return)。

Anyway，偶先把它背下来再说。
