A oval playground consists of one rectangular and two semi circles. The rectangular has a width of 48 (64? I can’t remember) meters and a length of 100 meters, and two semi-circles connect with shorter sides of the playground. There are respectively 8 straight tracks on either side of the longer two of the rectangular, and all the tracks lie within the rectangular (tracks each are 100-meter long and 1-meter wide which paralleled to the longer side). Also, there is no space between any two of the tracks. Now, the school will have a running match, how many more meters will a player run on the outer circle of the playground than on the inner circle? (cues of this question covered half of the screen and there was no pic in the real test. I’m pretty sure about all the info and numbers except the highlighted one) -- by 会员 Antonia1213 (2010/9/27 13:41:40)
