谢谢各位热心的CDer 啦！求思路，最好能简单说说能举什么例子，我实在是事例匮乏啊...特别遇上这种国家问题，全球合作问题的就懵了...谢谢谢谢各位大侠！！
1.For the sake of national security, the governments should have the access to the library checkout records and Internet activity history of their citizens.

2.in order to preserve national sercuirty, government should be keep secerect as they wish.

3.It is unrealistic to expect individual nations to make, independently, the sacrifices necessary to conserve energy. International leadership and worldwide cooperation are essential if we expect to protect the world’s energy resources for future generations.

4.The most effective way for a businessperson to maximize profits over a long period of time is to follow the highest standards of ethics.

第一题是我的话我会写一个balance吧，先让步说说国家安全的重要性blablabla~~举例说说安全对人们日常生活的重要性什么的啦~~然后however一下，说说个人隐私的问题~~最后收尾强调一下自己支持的观点~~~大概想到这么多，楼主将就着看哈~~~

第二个我觉得还是写balance的比较好写吧，四段式，开头随便啰嗦几句，然而用一段摆出一方的观点，然后接着on the other hand写一段，最后收尾给个中立或偏向那一边都行吧~~~

第三个应该agree比较好写吧，1、一个单独的国家影响力有限，你再怎么给力，周边国家不节约，那全球资源一样在减少。2、一个单独的国家制定的政策方针什么的take into consideration 的aspects有限，不如大家一起商量来的好。3、有个领导力，make the objective更清晰什么的乱扯扯~~

最后一个也写agree吧，中间主体可以写两段，一段写重视short-term profit的企业一般会怎么做，比如过分的利用resource什么的啦，然后批判一下他们这样做的后果。下面一段就可以写支持企业重视ethic的原因和好处blablabla~~
