就是说SH这个地方的real estate的价钱一直在上涨,但是附近的PG这个地方的real estate价格确保持不变,所以同样的retail space, 在SH的价格一定要比PG高,which was not the case several years ago. 然后他就得出结论了,说所以应该在PG买retail space, rather than SH. 我看出的问题是: 1. 对比的问题: 一个在涨价一个价钱不动,但是也不能说明现在retail space in SH is expensive than similar spave in PG, 因为不知道基数啊。 2. 范围的问题: real estate price is changeing does not mean the price for retail space is changing too.范围缩小了。 3. 因果的问题,就算retail space in SH确实是比PG高也不能得出结论说be in our financial interest to pruchase retail space in PG, 因为financial interest还要考虑到其它的因素不光是retail space的问题,比如人工啊,装修啊等等。 -- by 会员 coocooper (2010/9/13 22:31:59)
