这次的三点式后面亮点觉得不够透彻,不知道该怎么写了。谢谢各位童鞋们指导啦!
In the lecture the professor indicates some points on the issue of whether teamwork offers several advantages or not. The reading passage contends that team work can be beneficial to both the company and team members. However, the professor cast doubt on the view of the reading passage.
In the first place, the professor argues that the team work will provide the chances for some team members to become free riders who make no contribution to the work and get the same benefit from the team. Because the team is treated as a whole. And it is unfair for those who make more efforts to the job. While in the reading passage, all the team members are considered to have a wider range of knowledge for the job. And this contradicts the point of the professor that team work can not get more knowledge for the mission because of the free riders.
In the second place, the professor indicates that it will take much longer time to reach the consistence due to a fair proportion of solutions. And what's more, the some fantastic ideas may be dropped due to the pressure of some other influential members who create less useful solutions. On the other hand, however, the reading passage asserts that more creative solutions will be used because a group is more likely to make risky decisions. But on the contrary, the professor believes that team work will not produce more creative solutions ascribe to some influential members.
Finally, another point is raised professor that even if the projects fail, the whole team will be blamed instead an individual. Because when some members warn that the idea will not bring successes, they may be ignored. And the whole team will be responsible for the failure. But the reading passage claims that team work can be very rewarding for the members because of a reason that team work will have greater impact than an individual work alone. In the lecture, the professor casts an doubt on what the reading passage claims. |
