unqualified修饰support，排除AB

consistently用作副词形式修饰receive这个动词更好

改成consistent的话就是修饰support了，逻辑上不够合理

时态不对，不是正在接受，应该是已经接受了，用现在完成时比较好

consistent用错，应该是consistently，副词修饰动词recieve, 而且后面的by不对，应该是从属关系of labor

刚才查了下qualified和qualifying的意思哈
qualified-合格的有资格的
qualifying-是具有资格的

不知道是不是和这两个词表达的意思有关。如果是从意思上来选的话，qualified明显要好些呢

当然此题是un打头的，只是将词否定了而已。

好像是有这样一个说法，“无生命事物用普通格比用所有格好"
in the question, the unqualified support是无生命事物，所以the unqualified support of labor优于the labor's unqualified support~~
