請教The University of Manchester研究所申請條件

大家好:
想請問是否有人申請過The University of Manchester商學研究所 或甚至拿到過offer ?
因為對其學程有興趣但考量到英文成績要求如下: 就TOEFL 而言, Min requiremnt for IBT is 100.(這應該是很高的語文標準).雖然此論壇的牛人眾多. 請問是否有未達到此要求但學校仍發unconditional offer 的同學. 我擔心學校雖給conditional offer 但要求先去上花費高的英文課程.再決定是否可正式入學.
還有我比較US/ UK 申請發現, UK 要求的reference是由過去academic 領域如學校教授推薦. 不似US 會考量工作經驗而由其公司主管推薦 因為後者對我的申請相對有利. 希望能得到回應或者分享一下你申請Uk 研究所的經驗 .謝謝
