I think the key point is still what your career goal is and what you want to prepare yourself before your MBA. Both jobs provid the unlimited possibility in your future career development.
The two job opportunities you are posting here will prepare you with kind of completely different skills and experiences. As others have suggested, it's the function that matters than just the names or types of the companies. The logic is not you are taking the job which can better help you with a seat in top biz schools. You are taking the one that helps with your long term career development and from which you can gain experiences and expertise you will use in the long run.
After you're more clear of what you really want, get more information from people who do know the business. I read this thread and found some people are giving you advice on things that they don't really know about. So their suggestions are just based on impressions which usually tend to be incorrect. The big 4's idea on HR consulting is doubtful and vice versa. Go to professionals in one field for the ideas in that field only.
