其他的我不清楚，但是University of Washington at St Louis, 75-100% 这个绝对高了。我认识很多中国人能拿到一半就很不错了。可以看看去年的数据。

一方面申请人的背景还不够牛，一方面相对而言University of Washington at St Louis和UNC比其它学校相对难

去年1个女孩去UCI拿到2年6万美金的奖学金，不是cover75%的学费是什末？说话动动脑子好不好

汇总一下：

1)Emory, there were students get full scholarship in the year 2009 & 2008 ,but not last year.. ?
2)Vanderbilt, 通常录了都会有奖，但是在论坛上报的通常是25000-30000/YR,有谁拿到过更高的奖的吗？
3)Rice,休斯敦。情况和VANDERBILT亦有点类似，论坛上报的通常是25000/YR，不知道有哪位兄弟拿到过更高奖？
4)UCI,通常也有全奖，不过貌似排名有点低了。对吗？
5)UGA, in the form of GA, full tuition and stipend
6)Maryland, in the form of GA, full tuition
7)Penn State, GA, full tuition ++
8)Tulane, full tuition
9)UNC, up to full tuition, but the chance is significantly lower than the other schools here
10)Wustl, up to full tuition, more difficult to get than Emory and vandy though
11)Iowa, GA, up to full tuition
12)OSU, full tuition or more, but my impression is that it is more difficult to get than emory and vandy
13)Boston university, 75% should be relative easy to get. Not sure whether 100% tuition is available
14)Carlson, UMN, up to 100%
