如何做国内驾照的无事故公证？

听朋友说，如果做国内驾照的无事故公证，去到美国以后买保险会划算很多。不知道具体如何操作？需要去哪个部门开无事故证明？然后还需要去公证处做一份外语的公证吗？

no need, I just scanned my Chinese DL, did some translation, and made a note to tell the insurance agent as there is no ticket info on the record tab, which meant I had no accident record.
The chinese DL is most useful to indicate you have been a licensed driver long before you got your US DL, which would make you a "experienced" driver to take some insurance discount
