答案 给的 是 B  

Anson的 conclusion about Dr. Ladlow 就是说 Dr. 不是一个 responsible的人 ，为什么呢 ？  应为  responsible的人 总是会怎么做  而他没有这么做     所以  可以看出这是   把 一半原则 应用到 个体身上
