國家本來自己自足，然後突然間肉的消費量提高了，那麼必然要消耗更多的grain；這樣，加上grain的消費量滅有減少，那麼grain就不夠用了；再者，肉消費量一下子增加，必然導致肉的DS不平衡，所以都要依賴進口
