英国T4签证 资金证明 望过来人解答

去英国MBA的   T4 学生签证；其中签证的资金证明问题。
看到 UK Border Agency 官网上面说：

Money that you have already paid to your education provider

If you can show that you have already paid all or some of your course fees to your Tier 4 sponsor before making your application, this amount can be deducted from the total amount of money you will need to show.

If you will be staying in university or college arranged accommodation, and you can show that you have already paid all or some of your accommodation fees to your Tier 4 sponsor before making your application, this amount can be deducted from the total amount that you will need to show for living costs.

就是说 学费 （包括学校的住宿费）如果已经在签证申请前交了的话，签证时的资金证明只要 剩下的生活费咯

虽然  不用面签了  
但是 材料的准备呢   需要注意些什么  。。。

而且 不用面前  材料就更关键  大家都是怎么做的呢？

难道就是找中介吗？
