这个是归纳题。从文章当中说到的关于Country Z's受到负面影响的依靠出口的产业（也就是文章当中所说的buyers）中可以得出什么结论？这个答案应该是A吧。对于买家来说，成本高了，那么当然profit margin就少了，不足以到出口市场上竞争。
