1，D，E中没有任何信息要用将来时，何况从意思上来说contract从存在起就有效。

1.forbid后面不能加from doing 和that 从句.
一般用forbid somebody to do sth.
本题使用forbid作及物动词,直接加名词
2.从句意分析, 且以平行结构选择,就可得到正确答案.

是这样的，结构上a是很平行，可是不觉得会产生歧义吗？不能肯定的话，就看完其他选项，

一般来说，做多了，看到call for 后面有名词就知道是call for a and for b,介词并列平行结构

当然有很多方法排除的，只要选对就可以了，我的方法供参考

2T以前讨论过. 在GMAT SC中, 平行结构中的介词和助动词是很重要的, 可以避免歧义. 你可以查查以前的帖子, 有例句
