一道GWD，就是real estate 的 assessed value decrease, but the amout of real estate tax will  not decrease ， 问explain, 这题是变体，记得好好看~

还一个地方评估的自己的不动产，说是数值很低，但是年末发现收上来的税很多，问解释，我好像选了个交易的比估计多。

关于real estate 价值下降，而政府税收is not likely to be lower than last year?
记得以前的钩钩的答案是“交易量比去年多”。但是我觉得不太对，因为我的选项中有，interest rate of this year has not been set but will perhaps be higher than that of last year. 这个和is not likely to be lower ?是很完美的对应，应该是它，比较确定的。

 一个城市的房地产的  平均 assessed value 在下降，税率没变，但是平均到每个 owner 的tax bill 却增加。问怎样解释。
这道题GWD 有，但是选择完全不一样。每一个都不太像，我只好用排除法。平均assessed value 下降时由于  中等或低房价的房子下降而且比贵的房子数量多。  但是由于贵的房子税高，所以平均tax bill 却增加。这是我的推测。但是似乎题干也没有说是否所有房子是一样的税率一样。要不然实在没有可选的答案。  其它的答案好像有人口增加，外地搬来的新房主增加。可是这些和平均只无关。

这个题目我看的时候真的是彻底晕菜,我当时貌似选错了...考完才意识到的.哭死. 大家看的时候仔细看吧.我觉得JJ答案是对的.我选了那个NEW HOUSE OWNER增加的,事后想想,跟AVERAGE VALUE无关.

政府征收的房地产税是在assessvalue上按一个百分比征收的，然而现在发现今年的assess value没有前年的高。但是今年寄出去的账单上的税收总量和去年的相比却没有减少。我选的是今年的税率比去年的高。

第一题我是这么想的，一个人既定了A又订了B,那么订A的就有5个人，订b的就有4个人，一共8人，错了不是9人，那么其中b占了1/2

第五题是有n一定有n+1, 但是有n+1不一定有n, 没有n不一定没有n+1,没有n+1就一定没有n   99没有，100有没有不知道  101有100有没有也不知道 所以选了都不知道
