In US system, companies have to spend a lot to recruite a high profile employee (e.g. an MBA), companies usually won't get their investment back until the latter of second year. This is known factor for most white collar workers. So when companies hire people, they want to make sure that you will stay for at least 2 years. But people understand your situation in a dynamic growth environment in China, my point is that be prepared is better than not prepared. The biggest thing for every MBA applicant is to think the way adcom is thinking. |
