答案是A，我选的D
我理解是plicy makers认为现在的经济是balanced，那么后面就应该是用将来啊，即用will be啊。  
请牛人帮我解释下我的理解哪里有误，谢谢！！！！

我覺得D有問題，view sth to be gmat中基本不會這麼用，都是用view。。。as，然後是between that of MG and low inflation這裡型式上不對稱而且that of沒有必要。
who的話會就近修飾reserve而不是polcy mkrs
這類句型你可以這麼記 A believe that B, doing sth, are.....

捞起这个帖子问一下
viewing the economy as balanced,view as是什么用法,后面跟着balanced有点奇怪

这题我也选错了D  但是我觉得不能记A believe that B, doing sth, are..... 这个句型
doing sth 一般表伴随  而很少做定语修饰名次(一旦修饰 表连续不断 经常)
还有一种 就是表现在状态修饰(这个我印象中OG里有很多错误的选项都是依据这个出的) 名次   这里A中的now  我个人觉得很重要 表示ving 表现在这些人相信 可修饰人

我觉得D 的who 是没问题的  错在 view as  和 that of  这个that 无明确指代对象
还有救是这个 will be  后面的句子连在一起时  will be  to  do
be to do隐含未来时态 再加上个 will 呵呵
