Master of Real Estate in UK

I am planning to apply the following real estate master programmes in next year.

1. Cambridge University Mphil in Real Estate and Finance
2. LSE MSc Real Estate Finance and Economics
3. U of Reading MSc Real Estate Investment and Finance

Which one is better for job seeking in UK and Asian?

P.S. I don't have any relevant experiences in real estate industry. I have working experiences in Construction Cost Management and Mortgage Backed Securities.

From my personal experience in real estate industry, I think relation play the most important role in job market. If u have the relation with the right people u can get whatever you want.

How about if I am a fresher in real estate field?

I have some working experiences in project management and cost management. I got a degree in civil engineering and a master degree in construction project management.

Someone told me that Cambridge and U of Reading are the top two in UK for the real estate industry. U of Reading has a longer history and more past graduates be promoted to influencial positions. But Cambridge is Cambridge, the top U in the world.

Some of them told me that Cambridge is the best in real estate research and ranked number 1 as according to the latest ranking from QS 2010. However, some of them told me that U of Reading is highly regarded within real estate industry. The employment rate of the graduates from U of Reading is consistently as high as 90% or above since the establishment of the master programme. While LSE is very strong in economic and finance, their alumni network with real estate fund is also very good.

I would like to switch to real estate industry.

I would like to ask how should I choose among the three choices?

My main concern is the job placement record for those real estate master programmes from Cambridge and U of Reading.
As per the attachement, the job placement record from Reading seems to be impressive very much. As from the link of Mphil Real Estate at Cambridge, the employment record is not that good as expected.

I know that both programmes are also competitive in admission. But my main concern is the job placement record.

以我的经验，看job placement record会比没有历史数据强，但是也未必管用。因为谁也不知道你毕业的时候会发生什么，读这些大学和学位最终的好处不是你一毕业会怎么样，而是在你一生中你会发展成什么样，会有哪些优势。

如果太纠结于毕业后就业的情况，说实话你的大学老师和career service也不能帮你什么，你看这两年MBA就业的水平和找工作的难度就知道。所以要从长远看，尤其是你是在选择career shift，看长远些才有效果。

英国一年制硕士找到当地工作的几率非常低。
如果要回国，建议选Cam，国人重牌子，名校效应。貌似潘石屹的老婆张欣是剑桥发展经济学硕士，《别了，雷曼兄弟》的作者李溦是剑桥房地产硕士，毕业后都有到投行工作的经历。不过可能时代不同了，在英国目前范售文凭的情况看，现在毕业出来的人估计进投行也困难了，除非你有路/运气特别好。
此外，在英国，Reading的房地产是无疑的No.1，分支很细化，这是我和很多英国Professor交流下来的效果，很多教材都是用Reading的。

Anyway，很高兴看到RE版上全世界各地的房地产项目都差不多有人去了。

I don't know if this is just my personal intuition. I notice that most of them also prefer top US schools to top UK schools in real estate field.
I wanna stay at UK or Hong Kong upon graduation.
