Gmat 网上查正式成绩 查不到~~怎么办

我是4月21号考的  4月24号 考试中心就发了查分网址给我 我到现在都无法查，我有CODE   打开那个网址 提示说
The GMAT® score data is currently being updated, and score reports are temporarily unavailable. Please try again after 4:30 a.m. CT (1030 UTC), which is when the update process should be completed. We apologize for the inconvenience.
怎么办啊  都21天了

我报名的时候选的是网上查询，所以他不会寄COPY给我。。。需要正式的成绩单啊 555555

打电话去北京 他说把地址和CODE发到考试中心邮箱，发了都没回音- -
