1. 9 scheduled flights cancelled
2. airplane scheduled for flight is canceled-->mechanical problem
3. no more thatn 1 or 2 schduled flight with mechanical problem

assumption: if only 1 or 2 airplanes scheduled for flight  due to mechanic problems were cancelled and led to the 9 flight cannellations (an airplane could have multi-flights), it cannot be the case that there are something else. But if over 2 airplanes airplanes scheduled for flights were cancelled, we are sure that something else happens.
