前面都是secheduled cancellation. 后面是9个cancellations. 所以这9个cancellation里至少得有2个以上的scheduled cancellations

在这一题中，flight 和 airplane 是两个完全不同的概念。

因此，第一句话不是废话。假设，那九个被取消的flights完全由那1或2架由机械故障的飞机来承担的话，我们就得不出结论：之所以取消那九次飞行任务不完全是由于机械故障所致。
