我的理解是：M指出的是W在评价artwork的quality的时候没能考虑到history这个因素，而不是W不了解history of art。事实上W有可能了解art的history，但是他没有把history的因素考虑进去

我觉得E的说法也有道理，提出了history价值作为另外的评判标准。但是作为M对W的refute，直接驳斥W的推理过程比M提出新的标准更有力。因此B更好
