条件1： 设x=0, 则media=3.5, mean=3.17, median>mean, 且 range>3

我错了。。。第一题落了一个条件：6 个都是整数。。。
第一个：mean=(17+x)/5
1. if x>=5, then median=5. With condition 1, we can get 17+x<25-->x<8-->5<=x<8
   if x=4, then median=4, mean>4-->not qualified;
   if x<=3, then median=4. With condition 1, we can get x<3
Then with condition 1, we get x<3 or 5<=x<8

2. if the median is 4, then 5<=x<8 is ruled out. Only x<3 is qualified. Therefore, the range must be greater than 2.

I chose C.

2. 十万位不是3，其他都是3的数字有8个；万位不是3，其他是3的数字有9个，以此类推
