UTD 的硕士还是 SUNY@Buffalo的PHD

楼上的意思是说拿了SUNY PHD的offer就一定会拿到UTA和TAMU的offer吗？我个人认为SUNY不如TAMU。UTA就更别提了。

拿SUNY PhD Offer的人为什么只拿到UTD的硕士，Austin或者TAMU都没申还是怎么回事...

Master和PhD不是一个难度吧？何况UTD虽然Publication奇多，但综排也是奇差，我觉得他家的Master应该不会是太好的Programme....
当然了，case by case，也不能一概而论吧
