第二题就是说在M城收入超过4W的人的比例比其他城都高，在S城收入超过6W的人的比例最高，
A说在M城没有人的收入超过6W，肯定错
B说在M城有人的收入在4-6W之间。应该没问题
C说M城超过4W的人比S城多。题里就说了比例，没说人数，错
D说S城的平均收入比M高，推不出来
E说S城里超过8W的人的比例比M城高，退不出来

第一题的意思是，大家都指望着expand了铁路公路好宽敞点，如果大家都这么想，大家都还是去走公路，不会坐火车，所以铁路没啥用。
