我也对第七题很疑惑，请问这里的problem和advantage到底是指文章中的什么呀？

Problem指可开头第一句话：but the ratio of female to male directors remains low

advantage在问题中是随着reslving it 出来的，“解决办法的优点”，对应文章第二段是解决办法---让女性当CEO，第三段是优点----女性做ceo对公司的好处.比来比去还是b选项好

a选项里又一个various proposed solutions，文章没有讲那么多解决办法，只讲了一个。

problem是large corportions有这个pressure 然后2p讲了pressure是什么 以及解决方法

3p&4p都是用woman CEO的好处 注意3p中的词汇particularly qualified...uniquely valuable...4p进一步说明还专门有个organization呢...
