og12-42 -ed和-ing到底有几个区别...?

og给的解释说spawned的动作已经结束,所以用-ed,extend的动作延续至今,所以用-ing
所以-ed和-ing到底有哪几个区别呢?
主被动和时态 ?
觉得这题用主被动考虑也完全说得通啊

因为句子指出fungus还living着，所以应该用进行时表示。

这个并列更多的是看意思吧 fungus被发现了还是活的呢所以用ING 个人是这么理解的...

分词做定语:现在分词（主动进行），过去分词（被动完成）
