Thank you for your interest in the Freeman School at Tulane.  As you know, the Freeman School maintains one of the top programs in Finance.  The program has been recognized among the top 10 by Financial Times and the top 15 by Princeton Review.  Our specialty programs in Portfolio Management, Investment Analysis, Risk Management, and Energy also generate demand for the limited number of seats in the Finance programs.

We find that it is necessary to let you know that the MFIN program has reached its enrollment target for the July 2010 start date.  A number of applicants have been assigned to the waitlist, and it is unlikely that a greater number of seats will be available.  If your interest is in Financial Risk Management, the next program in Finance (Masters in Risk Management) will start in December 2010.  You can learn more about the MRISK program at http://www.freeman.tulane.edu/programs/mfin/NO_risk.php.

Please email me if you would like to have your application materials migrated to the MRISK program for the January intake.  As a current MFIN applicant, you can get an early start on the MRISK application cycle.  The review process will begin in July.

楼主理解的没错。是让你去转申他家的MRISK项目。
不过不用重新申请，他们会把你的材料转过去。
而且按照惯例，不需要再次付申请费。

收到同样的邮件，lz觉得转的这个项目如何， 貌似要七月份开开审？

patpat，MRISK这个项目晚一点开学，他意思就是让你转申MRISK，因为MFIN满了，而MRISK现在还没开始录取工作，你现在准备申请可以优先审核你材料
