大学在外从事带薪简直的教师要同意一个规定，凡是其在外获得的薪水超过$20000就要交补偿还是啥。有一个人的薪水远远超过了20000，所以这个规定不够有力，要把标准降到20000以下。

这个题，虽然没有更详细的问题，但是就题目本身来说，超出了20000很多应该是很不好的，因为20000太低了，这个教授超了那么多，肯定是和那些比20000低的或者刚过20000的人比不公平，那么应该是提高标准，题目说的降低标准，如果这个也算FLAW，那么是不是太简单了，还是我理解有问题
