126：必然是修饰creations.
首先从形式上，是creat而不是creats，若是修饰an individual必然是单数变化
然后再从内容上，那些reactiions in turn,产生response.      in turn, 说明了前后有个对比，所对比的两个是平行的。所以不可能是修饰individual
