top50应该希望很小    Finance的PHD和  MBA  FE还是有很大区别的  而且LZ的GPA如果是MBA 或者 FE的  不算太高   大部分人graduate的GPA都是 3.9  4  这样的

Undergrad not engineering related...not math..not physics..not a science degree anyway.

I do not think rank in master level b-school bothers too much....unless top ten..

it has some correlation with how "OK" your recommenders are...
if from 50-100, I would then say, try your current school...and target schools after top 50.

check out some top 50 programs and take a look at the CHINESE students' profiles..
honestly, there is not much in your background that can make you stand out (quality of undergrad and grad, GPA, GMAT, econ/math background, RLs)...

How about interview? the weight, if any, for enrollment? Or it weights more than anything you mentioned above?
One more thing...work experience in U.S. helps or it is a "downer"?
