5. All the citizens should take a specified amount of public services. It will benefit not only the whole nation but also the participants.


这个好像是本月的狗狗，题目的意思我理解的不太好，希望有好心人能帮忙提示一下，给点提纲意见，非常感谢！~~~

尤其是public service 具体指哪些？。。。。还有就是立场应该怎写呢？

这个题最好支持为主，稍加反对，因为的确挺有道理的。有了上面的那个定义，就很容易理解了嘛。
1. public service在我们生活的各个方面。而且公民有义务参与。比如waste management。waste management is beneficial to the environment 而这个就需要全民的参与。
2. 为什么对participant有利呢？因为一般来说，公共服务业的收入较低，也就是financial gain较少的行业，但是公共服务业是社会运行的重要支持，所以公共服务业的从业者（participant）会更多的得到人们的respect。比如，environmental protector，community service或者police service。
小反对一下：
1.公共服务的资金来源是公民的tax，所以诸如water service，Health care，Military等方面，政府应该保证质量。而不是要求all citizen的参与。

不过还有一个小小的问题~~就是在最后的反对那里,
公共服务的资金来源是公民的tax，所以诸如water service，Health care，Military等方面，政府应该保证质量。而不是要求all citizen的参与。
这个逻辑我倒是没有想到，我想写的是it isimpossible for the government to ask all the citizen to take part in the public service~不知可否？

it isimpossible for the government to ask all the citizen to take part in the public service~我感觉这句话太绝对了，虽然观点很明确这是好事。我觉得用unreasonable是否会合理点？

我对这题的中文理解是：政府要求公民支付额外的费用来支持公共设施。然后观点我会写：看分什么公共设施了；然后虽然支持公共服务建设是公民的责任和义务，但是更是政府的责任和义务，我们TAX了，所以政府应该尽量做好，但是如果有些的确是需要公民配合的，那也是OK的。具体例子没想好。。。
