Proof of fund in Hong Kong

各位好，我正在准备材料九月开学。我己看过”北大飞跃”的教学，但因为我是香港申请，有些细节和北京不同。财产证明是由家人做，但我要确定所有文件齐全，所以在此问问大家：
1)        “An ORIGINAL BANK DRAFT or MONEY ORDER for a minimum of CDN $10,000 in your own name.”
这是指我的家人要开一张汇票(接收人为我)，然后申请Visa时一并交给签证官？
2)        ROOF OF ACCUMULATED FUNDS including:
i) Original certificates of deposit/balance (dated within the last 2 months, showing current funds available); AND
ii) Original deposit certificates/slips and/or bank passbooks and/or bank statements AND
请问i)和ii)有何不同？
3)        Documentary proof of family or sponsor income in the form of the Salaries Tax Return from Hong Kong Inland Revenue Department, individual Profits/Income Tax from the respective PRC Tax Bureau, Notice of Assessment from Canada Customs and Revenue Agency, salary deposits into bank accounts and/or salary slips/stubs endorsed by your employer.
据我了解这部份想知我家人在香港的交税情况。那我是否交税单便够？”Notice of Assessment”又是否需要，我正在找这个是甚么东东，如各位知道请告诉我。
