感觉这道题不应该选B啊~~HK retain its capitalist ways的前提a capitalist Hong Kong is useful to China，那如果HK回归以后，并不能useful to China，进一步说就是is not prosperous，那么HK就不能retain its capitalist ways,并不能说只要HK在回归前retain capitalist.那么回归后就可以一直retain capitalist

我觉得正确答案应该选D啊，是否prosperous才是决定的根本。。。。请NN指点

拙见：D的口气是很坚定的，Hongkong 97后会繁荣，但是现在HK 97后是否会还延续资本主义社会都不一定呢，所以答案至少应该是个if。。。then这样的

我开始也在B和D直接犹豫不定。后来研究了一下，请指正。
这道题貌似循环推了一圈：capitalist (in 1997)->useful to china->prosperous->capitalist (after 1997), 但实际上并不是互为条件和结论（称为循环论证错误），所以D是错的。

谢谢ls的朋友~~ 是不是应该这样理解，B：If Hong Kong retains its capitalist ways until 1997（这里指的是你上面列的第一个capitalist in 1997）, it will be allowed to do so afterward（这里指的是最后一个capitalist after 1997）.

这题我也错了。。。。
题翻译过来是这样一个过程：
retain资本主义----->繁荣----->资本主义香港对中国有用--->>>能retain

但是我还是不明白。。。。。B为啥对。。。。。请大家再看看好吗
