事实1，所有的category中，国内国外的接受率是一样的
事实2，国内电影接受率大于国外的
B像说国内的送去参展的电影数量远大于国外。 这不能解释，你送过去数量多，但是在每个category中无论你是哪来的被接受的概率是一样的，也就是说 应该国内和国外电影被接受的rates是一样的这和 fact 2 矛盾
E则说老外的的电影都送到那些知名度很高，但接受率较低的category中去了，原文只说每一个category中国内外电影接受率是一样的，但没有说所有的category接受率都是一样的， 你老外有10部电影 8部送到了 只有1%接受率的category中去，2部送到90%接受率的category中去。而你国内呢只有6部电影送去展览，但是5部送到接受率为90%的category中去只有一部送到1%的里头去，所以国内的总的接受率高于国外。

事实1，所有的category中，国内国外的接受率是一样的
事实2，国内电影接受率大于国外的
B像说国内的送去参展的电影数量远大于国外。 这不能解释，你送过去数量多，但是在每个category中无论你是哪来的被接受的概率是一样的，也就是说 应该国内和国外电影被接受的rates是一样的这和 fact 2 矛盾
E则说老外的的电影都送到那些知名度很高，但接受率较低的category中去了，原文只说每一个category中国内外电影接受率是一样的，但没有说所有的category接受率都是一样的， 你老外有10部电影 8部送到了 只有1%接受率的category中去，2部送到90%接受率的category中去。而你国内呢只有6部电影送去展览，但是5部送到接受率为90%的category中去只有一部送到1%的里头去，所以国内的总的接受率高于国外。

那国外电影10部送过去，按照这个比例就是2部入选

那么最后国内是4部入选，国外2部入选，一共6部，那么国内4/6所得到的比率就比
国外2/6大，那么造成这个原因的就是因为开始送去的电影的基数不一样，国内送了20步片，国外送了10部片！

我这样理解哪里错了呢？还是我根本就在砖牛角尖？还是我把题目理解错了？

入选比例的公式算错了  本国的入选比例是 4除以本国参展电影数
