才刚开始og之旅，讲错了大家帮忙纠正哦。以我的理解，现在完成时代表已经结束的动作，但是如果句子中有since 就表示动作、状态持续到现在。

为什么他说完成时suggest that the heat-exchange network may no longer have this effect?
完成时不是代表从过去延续至今吗？
