应该是题目中没有明确的用完成时的标志如since,所以时态不合适的先排除
C没有看出来大问题，不知道是不是不够简洁（用了there be)?
D 最后的for表目的不如TO好?

我不知道我这样分析是不是正确？

首先，to serve sth优于serving,所以CDE都排除了，A和B主要是时态问题，本题可以理解为陈述事实，不用完成时态。

恩恩，CDE可以理解，但是A B的时态问题，我想问一下，是不是只有出现了标志词才能用完成时？~同问

回答LZ我觉得完成时使用时要很谨慎，应该要有语境或者明显的标志词，而本句没有。不过你的疑问可以理解，陈述事实和完成时态有时很难分别，但是完成时明显要出现一个时间段，就是句子的主要意思是强调在这个时间段里发生的事，而普通陈述句就是强调时点，不强调那个时点对以后的影响。例如A就是一个很典型的时点事件。
