答案选A，通过主谓一致可以排除BDE，但是我还是选成了C。。。。主要是我不太明白句子的意思，尤其是processes that produce and make it understandable这一句it指代什么，句子的意思又是什么呢？有哪位好心能再提点一下还有什么办法能在不太明白句意时用排除选对呢？

LZ，it指代language，这里C的问题有两个，1是放着that不用非要用by which这样一下子就增加句子复杂程度了，2句尾用到的instead of我觉得不能随便乱换，not -but和instead of 还是有差别的。A中produce 和make并列 加宾语it,我觉得是可以的很简洁。

LZ，it指代language，这里C的问题有两个，1是放着that不用非要用by which这样一下子就增加句子复杂程度了，2句尾用到的instead of我觉得不能随便乱换，not -but和instead of 还是有差别的。A中produce 和make并列 加宾语it,我觉得是可以的很简洁。

另外，有两个and，我不太清楚哪个是主要的平行？。。。。。

请GEMJ大侠将答案改成C。理由是：
1。同意GEMJ的质疑，produce要么没有宾语，要么宾语是it understandable，不合逻辑。主观地去“选择”宾语没有说服力。
2。by不仅当“被”还可当“通过”讲。同时，被动形式是可以没有by引导的动作的发出者的。
以上两条前面的帖子已有陈述，再加一条：
A中，has revealed great complexity instead of underlying simplicity。underlying跟在介词of后，有作为underlie的现在分词的可能。
C中，has revealed not underlying simplicity but great complexity。not是副词，but是连词，对于连接成分不会造成语法功能上的混乱。

找了半天，我就比较同意这个说法的，至于那个it。。。。。讨论太多了你也看到了~~各有各的说法，我觉的共用it挺奇怪的，所以我比较倾向选C~~~

纠结于C中的被动，一个是GMAT不提倡被动，第二个是understood“被理解”，觉得语义上不妥。

很多题很纠结，有时反复推翻自己，也怀疑自己，确实是个痛苦的过程。。。

Lz，回答你的问题：
1、that 引导修饰process的从句，并非指代language
2、两个and,第一个是主要平行，并列nature 与 process,第二个是从句中的平行，并列两个动词produce and make.其实我真的认为produce后面没必要来个it,因为首先produce和 make在词义上就基本相近，动词用and做并列，后面加一个宾语是非常好的英语中的用法。
再解释一下C，确实太复杂了，而且which后面的it有指代不清的嫌疑，或者说离被指代的词language太远，不好直接理解。况且我觉得GMAT还是挺注重简洁原则的，除非简洁出了致命的语法错误，一般不会用选择复杂的选项。

呵呵不好意思回的太晚了，最近网络故障了

C中的被动我理解为“语言被创造和被理解”，但是那个讨论帖中也有很多人不同意这种说法的
个人觉得C中没有太大的毛病，而A中的that produce and make it understand 我觉得主语不太明确？况且共用IT实在是很奇怪.....

呵呵~仅供参考~~我觉得这种争议题实战不会有的~~明白考点就OK~~
