E项：f(a+b)=-3(a+b)=(-3a)-(-3b)=f(a)+f(b)
另外4个不行的

三个平均是7，所以总重21，因为中间那个是9，所以最重的+最轻的=12
当最重的=9时，最轻的有最大值3
