小年夜晚上面试的。一位两年级的学生面试，人很nice,说话速度适中，基本都能听懂，下面是我的面试过程介绍：
前十分钟： 寒暄后对方介绍自己的读MBA前的背景，现在找工作的情况等等。
接下来是我的面试开始：
(General questions)
- Go through resume
- Short-term goal/ Long term goal
- What do you think you need to achieve your S/L term goal (= Why MBA）
- Why Jones.
(Detailed cases questions)
- Tell me a time when you had strong influence on others.
- Tell me your experiences while working in a diversified team.
- Tell me a time when you said "No" to your boss, or business partners etc. How did you deal with that situation.
- Any courses or clubs that you are interested in Jones.
