ESCP-EAP 笔试+面试

开始的时间是下午4：30 因为和欧洲有时差 所以开始得比较晚
先是一个小时的笔试部分
给出了一篇有关Sarkozy acts for ethnic diversity的文章

然后要求写出一篇Summary 和一篇Essay
Essay 要求写出自己对法国 measure "diversity"的看法，以及例举其他哪些国家也曾经有过类似的dilemma

觉得蛮奇怪的，给出这种带有政治性的和种族问题的材料= =

接下来是视频面试，是意大利都灵校区的一个老师面的。
有非常严重的欧洲腔= =
问题大致如下：
1、I see that your major is E-Commerce, tell me what you have learnt about this subject.
2、So how many years do you need to get this bachelor.
3、Can you say something about your intern experience.
（因为我提到these experience cultivate my independence in solving problems, 他又问我为什么说cultivate your independence in solving problems）
4、Except for working in this company, what other intern experience did have.
5、So why don't you write it down on your statement?
6、Why do you want to study in Europe?
7、I noticed that you have also applied for HEC's Luxury Brands Management,tell me the reason.
（然后他说再法国ESCP-EAP和HEC就像brothers and sisters = = ）
8、Do you have any questions about our school?
（我问他在欧洲的这五个不同的校区各有什么不同的特点和在学术上的侧重点，结果他一个人在那里讲了很久，每个校区都讲了遍，最后讲到都灵校区，说这是最新的一个校区，也是发展最快的一个校区，他自己就是在这个校区的。）

面试结束之后又做了半个小时的听力。一段比较长的材料，中间有引用人物的访谈。语速很快，共听两遍。一共十道简答题。

1、Why you choose this University?

 Well, ESCP Europe is a prestigious international school of management and I was impressed with the school’s international reputation and academic renown. I know it has five different campuses in Europe, the cities the campuses located are all financial and commercial capitals of the world, each of them is just so charming. You know I always would like to study in a different environment, trying to learn a different language and culture which will always add a great deal of intangible value. What is more, the Master programmes in ESCP rank in Top programs in Europe among business schools. They give the students an immense opportunity in terms of international exposure, foreign languages, and competitive team work. This would expose me to fantastic multiculturalism. The diversity of the class with possibility of exchanges in and out of Europe marked a truly global education.


2、Why you choose France?

 France has very strong economic power. advanced science and technology. In aviation, aerospace, construction, medical,business,arts and other fields, France always in the leading place of the wolrd.
 And France is also rich in resource, cultural history, and high quality of education in the world. France has a good human environment with freedom,equality and fraternity.  
 Recently France has expanded the size of the intake of foreign students, and the visas pass rate is quit high. These are all wonderful opportunities for Chinese students.


3、About Expo 2010

  Expo 2010 will be held in Shanghai, China and is a scheduled World Expo in the tradition of international fairs and expositions. The theme of the exposition will be "Better City – Better Life" and signifies Shanghai's new status in the 21st century as a major economic and cultural center. It is expected to generate the largest number of visitors in the history of the world's fairs in terms of gross numbers. The expo Logo features the Chinese character 世 'world' modified to represent three people together with the 2010 date.


4、What qualities in your character do you consider to be your greatest strengths?

 Well , I am very optimistic, confident and persevering , skilled in management and communication.
 I also have strong abilities of self-learning, I'm always ready to take challenges.


5、Comment on your personal working experience.

  I used to be a internship of XXX Company
I was responsible for collecting data and materials in Purchasing & Supply Department; discuss the reforms and develop trend in recent years with my colleagues; And I've got a brief understand of the regulation of the supply-demand balance between the industrial enterprises and commercial enterprises
  In Business Department I was responsible for the statistics and marketing information, collect customers’ investigation and feedback
  As I am very much aware of that, on the road of becoming a successful manager, we cannot reach the destination only with theories, but the practical experience is also of great importance.
  Those experiences cultivate my independence in solving problems, develop my abilities in cooperation and communication; assist me in obtaining experience in management;get a deeper understand of management.
